Tata Steel who is the largest steel maker company which is the fixed band price of Rs 597-61 a share for its follow-on public offer (FPO) of 5.7 crore common equity shares of Rs. 10 each. During 19 January 2011, the issue will open for subscription. The issue comprise a net issue to public of 5.55 crore share as well as a condition of 15 lakh share for donation by eligible employees.
